130 frames of adventure !!

Hey there fella animators stalking my blog !!

Recently I have decided to work on a body mechanics animation and I hav decided to blog it from the start to end. So here it is the blocking I have done.

I am so aware to keep the animation less than 130 frms. So i have decided to do a simple concept about a guy in a bus stop. I know the bus stop is a cliche idea but i have never done it before :P

Shark Animation Test

People pet dogs and cats, but we do Sharks !! :P

This is a small live-cg animation/simulation test. The original idea was by my friend Mohammed Abdulla, as u can find him on the video feeding the sharks :P is the one who did the water simulation in Realflow.

I rigged the shark model and animated it..Its completely key frame animation.

Took few references from the Youtube which helped me a lot to study about the movements of the Shark.

This is the breakdown of the shark animation/simulation test project which u found above.

Lighting/ shading is done by my friend Anish Sreedhar, Composting is done by Andrew Dcrus.

Quadruped Walk Cycle

Hey there!!

 I have uploaded a practice animation of a quadruped walk cycle. I have attached the link below from Vimeo. This practice animation helped me a lot to learn about the body mechanics of an animal which react to the walk cycle.. . Critics and comments are appreciated....

EVP AMUSEMENT PARK COMMERCIAL

EVP THEME PARK

We have worked on this project a year ago...
EVP theme park is in Chennai, with lot of fun and exciting rides.
The founder of the theme park wants the Mascot to be a dragon, cute enough to attract kids.
So they gave the Mascot character and we bulid that inside the virtual world...

Attitude Problem-11secondclub online animation contest

I did this aniamtion for the 11secondclub online animation contest.

This is the first entry i did for the online animation contest.....

Animation practice- Disgust !!

The main reason to do this animation is to practice the exaggeration principle by joint breaking.

I had lot of fun doing this animation and i learned a lot while doing this practice !!

Body Mechanics-Parkour

Twiss Juice - Overseas Commercial

Twiss is a fresh juice in Sweden, and Yes !! its an overseas project. This is about the dance battle between the Twissers (Hero team) and Monohokes (Opponent team). The production was been around 56 days

I have rigged the characters and animated few sequences in it.

I have animated a sequence where Twiss hero 'Apple' and 'Black Current' does a salsa (0:10-0:15) sequence. Its completely key frame animation.
I have done few extra shots where the music Dj waves his hand (0:09-0:10) to start the dance battle and drags (0:00-0:01) the Dj table.
And I have animated the final can shot, (0:26-0:28). 

November 11 second club Contest

This animation is done for the 11 second club contest. This is my first entry for the contest.
